The Drew Israelsen Family

This was one of my favorite toys to play with when I was little and this is my actual one that I played with. I have hauled it around with me for a lot of years so when I see the kids playing with it I am flooded with memories! I used to love to play nurse. Lena had me all hooked up the other night, taking my blood pressure and giving me shots cause I was sick.

As you can see Drew has his ROCKER face on while playing Rock Band 2. He sold Rock band and upgraded to Rock band 2. The kids love it. When all of us are playing Lena says she will be the dancer for the group. She is such a girl, but she does her fair share of rocking out on the drums!



We also got Robert Light Sabers for his Star wars clone wars game. The kids are having a great time with those as well. (as long as I can keep them from hitting each other with them!) You can see Rob as inherited his dad's game face!

The kids love it when I take pictures of them especially if they can pull faces! These are some of my favorites that we have got of their silly faces lately. I love these two more than I can put into words!!!

Last weekend we had use of the cabin and invited my brother Tom and his family to share the night with us. We had a great time! We are so grateful for the cabin and the chance that it gives us to spend quality time with our families!

These two girls are so much fun to watch play with each other AKA boss each other around! They are such girls!! So Stacey are you ready for the long road that obviously we have ahead of us? I do hope they stay life long friends!

This kid cracks me up!!! When we stayed at the cabin I asked him to show me his muscles while he was changing into his PJ's and of course Landon being the Landon that only he can be gave me this!!! I also taught him to sing I feel pretty from West Side Story and he danced around the cabin singing about how pretty, witty and gay he was! LANDON I LOVE YA!!!!!

Winter is my favorite time at the cabin. We love going to the cabin and spending time with each other and snowmobiling of course. We had a great time at our last visit. Thanks everyone for always making it memorable! Poor Lena was sick for most of the trip but she found comfort in Aunt Robyn's arms.

My brother writes music and plays the guitar and we were honored to have him play his christmas songs on christmas eve and of course we had to have him play "we may never see that grass again". My personal favorite.

Last but certainly not least our Christmas Nativity! It was so much fun.

So I am finally getting around to posting Christmas on our blog. We hosted a family party on Christmas eve with 26 guests and a Christmas morning breakfast with 17. It was alot of work but it sure was nice having everyone we loved around. Christmas afternoon we went to Staceys for the Christmas party on that side. It was a lot of fun and we are so glad we spent time with all of you!!!!
